Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at grachamatcha@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
